Shipping & Returns

The Kairos shop is not yet open. No products are currently for sale and no orders can be placed. The terms below are published in advance so they can be read before the shop launches. They will apply to orders placed once it does.
Seller of record
Kairos is the seller of record for all products purchased through this site, regardless of whether the order is fulfilled from Kairos inventory or shipped directly from a supplier on our behalf. Your purchase agreement is with Kairos.
Shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent when the order ships.
Estimated delivery
3–7 business days after shipment within the continental US. International shipping is not currently offered; check back as we expand fulfillment.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and freight carriers for oversized items. The delivery estimate applies regardless of carrier.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Oversized items — burial vessels, shrouds — ship freight; a quote is provided at checkout before purchase confirmation.
Oversized or fragile items
Burial vessels and other oversized items require signature on delivery and are shipped freight. Inspect on receipt; note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing.
Returns
Return window
30 days from delivery.
Condition required
Unused, in original packaging. Products showing use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to initiate
Email admin@kairos.eco with your order number and reason. Return instructions will be provided within 2 business days.
Refund timing
Processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. There is no charge to you for return shipping of damaged or incorrect orders.
Affiliate-linked products
Products purchased through affiliate links on this site are sold by the third-party retailer, not by Kairos. Returns, refunds, and shipping questions for those products are governed by the retailer’s own policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure for identification of affiliate links.
